KC Rehab Contruction, LLC is a rehab and maintenance company that will fully service your assets. From rehabbing them when purchasing a bank foreclosure, to getting them ready from tenant move outs, to maintenance. We help create worry-free investing.
The People
We currently have approximately 30 sub contractors who help us with out rehab pipeline. We currently have 7-10 maintenance subcontractors. We have a full time in office maintenance manager, construction managers, and two inspectors.
The Product
We have subs for every type of work. We provide full rehab services for anything your house will need. From roofs, mechanical, structural, cosmetic, repairs or replacement we got it done.
The Process
We provide you 50-100 before pics, we provide you an itemized scope of work with itemized pricing for each item. We collect 50% up from and the last 50% upon completion. We provide weekly inspections and pictures so you can see progress.
